About Sielu

Sielu Psychology is a Melbourne-based psychology practice offering therapy for adults and young people experiencing a range of mental health and life challenges. Sessions are designed to feel warm and thoughtful, with space for honesty, humour, and being yourself.

Sielu Psychology takes its name from the Finnish term sielunmaisema, or “soul landscape.” It refers to a place, often in nature, that you feel deeply connected to and at ease in. In therapy, this idea reflects creating a safe space to explore your inner world and build greater clarity, connection, and self-understanding.

About Dr Kelsie Bufton

Hi, i’m Kelsie

I’m Kelsie, a clinical psychologist based in Melbourne. I work with adults and young people, supporting them to better understand themselves and their relationships.

My approach is strengths-based and trauma-informed, with a focus on self-compassion, values, and meaningful connection. I have a particular interest in supporting people through trauma recovery, the perinatal period, and in understanding how past experiences continue to shape the present.
