I’m Kelsie, a clinical psychologist originally from the UK who now calls Melbourne home. I work with adults and young people experiencing a range of mental health challenges, as well as those wanting to feel more connected to themselves, their relationships, and their lives.

I believe therapy works best when people feel safe enough to be real. My approach is warm and collaborative, with space for honesty, humour, and being yourself. I work in a strengths-based way, respecting the ways people have adapted to survive life’s challenges, while supporting healing in ways that align with their values. I offer a neuroaffirming and LGBTQIA+ affirming space.

My work draws on trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches, with a particular interest in how past experiences and relationships, including trauma and complex trauma, shape how we think, feel, and respond to the world and others.Together, we will work toward understanding, healing, and change in ways that feel manageable and meaningful to you.

Alongside my private practice, Sielu Psychology, I have experience working in public hospital and research settings. I currently work part-time at Royal Melbourne Hospital Mental Health Service, as a Perinatal Psychologist and a member of the crisis team, and at Deakin University in early-childhood/parenting research.
